Pentecostal Young People's Association (PYPA)
Pentecostal Young Peoples’ Association (PYPA) is the youth wing of IPC, founded in 1947 by a few Pentecostal college students. It was created for the development of social, mental, cultural and above all, spiritual development of Pentecostal youths. With the motto of ‘SAVED TO SERVE’, the PYPA aims to evangelise to the world about God’s unfailing love.
The PYPA at IPC Ebenezer, Kalyan started with the church's inception in 1950 and continues today with the same passion passed on to them by their former members. They plan various youth-oriented activities that not only showcase their talents and foster spiritual growth in the younger generation but also equip them to stand strong in the Word of God with proper guidance and sharing life experiences and testimonies.
The youth at IPC Ebenezer, Kalyan enthusiastically participate and, in many ways, lead the activities of the church and Sunday school like leading the worship sessions, intercessory prayer meetings, organising church events, camps, taking Sunday school lessons and various other evangelism initiatives of the church.
